We are registered with the UK Data Protection Register, which means that we cannot share your details with anyone else.


Expectations and Boundaries

We cannot give any guarantees, all searches are non-refundable if (on the rare occasion) when no results are found. If a certificate has been ordered and for whatever reason we cannot find it, a full refund will be given Orders for Certificates, once placed with the General Register Office, cannot be refunded If the records are damaged or hard to decipher, we will use our best efforts to be as accurate as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for unintentional errors.
