I have just received your report and have only had a chance to glance through it very quickly at present. I have to say that my first impression is surprise and delight! There is far more than I had expected to be found that far back in time.

Your presentation is very impressive, and I’m glad I did not have to send you an extract from the tree that I am producing, having seen yours!

It is a great pity that I did not find you on the web much earlier in my project, and will not hesitate to call on you later should I wish to try and fill in any gaps.

I just wanted to thank you for the great Scottish research you did for me. I knew nothing about my Fathers side of the family, and unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago, so I couldn’t ask him! I never expected you to get as far back as 1751, or to find out that my 4th Great Grandfather married an Irish lady in Manhattan, New York!! Looking at the reports you sent me, there could possibly be some living relatives in Glasgow, Scotland. It’s absolutely fascinating. Thank you so much for all of your hard work
